Ratings and reviews

As many others have stated, it is nearly impossible to sign in. I've had to reinstall every second use just to get past the sign-in button, and two-factor ID every time. If I'm able to get in it's hard to find the activities I'm currently working on. If it weren't for the incentive I would never use this app again. As it is I'll only use it long enough to get the incentive then try again next year.

App support email bounced back. This is more like website than app. Must enter passward EVERY. TIME. Short "catch-up" window before getting "kicked out" of a goal. I often go off grid with no cell service & sometimes just like to unplug. I log food & exercise on Mapmyrun and Myfitnesspal - or paper if not online. Then catch up within a few days. Not allowed here. One goal is focus on relaxation, but apparently, this app does not allow relaxation! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The login experience is a nightmare. Biometric doesn't work - it just refreshes the opening splash screen. Try to use my company's SSO, I get sent to the account login page and after entering my details, I end up on a blank page. If I want to log in, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Absolutely inconvenient.
