In 2020, he contacted me saying that he loved the DoC workout, but digital versions denied him the full feature set. His suggestions and recommendations formed the first two versions of the app as I built it for him. You have total control over your playing card workout. Each included suit can be a different exercise. Each royalty card can count as 10. Add jokers for challenges or breathers. Feel like doing half the deck? You can do that too. This is the best ever workout app designed for doing beginner workouts, intermediate workouts, advanced workouts, and professional workouts randomized with a deck of cards.
Statistics and Suggestions
This customizable workout guide features complete user control with the types of workout chosen, a timer, an adjustable range of card values and number of cards, Jokers, tracked statistics, and exercise suggestions. Suggested exercises are provided so you never have to rack your brain for a new workout routine ever again!
Challenges
You can save your own deck of card workouts to plan or load workouts. You can even continue unfinished workouts! By default, this app also remembers your latest workout settings for your convenience. Finally, Challenge workouts are provided for when you really want to sculpt your body.

App is well built, easy to use, and ad free. I'd love to give them some money for premium features but only having monthly service options erases any chance of that. I'm done with the rental market, I'd happily buy it instead though. So, as a free user only, it's a solid 4.

Reduced from 5 stars to 1 star. A year ago I told Wesley that I would gladly pay for this app, and I feel the same way now. It's very well done. However, he chose to make the advanced features subscription-based, meaning it's either a monthly charge or an annual fee. Software is NOT a service and I will not rent it. Sadly I am forced to reduce this review to one star and remove the app from my phone. I will NOT pay $59 a year for something I could do with a $1 pack of cards. Nor should you.

Sorry to hear this. To get stats + other community features, I integrated with a cloud solution that charges me on a subscription model which is why it's set up as a subscription. There are still a lot of advantages to using the app over a deck of cards, and the yearly cost is still lower than 1 month at a gym, but I guess it's not justified to you

Ive been using a deck of cards for a very long time..totally never knew anyone else did this;0) By the way the point is to have a different workout everytime so dont worry about saving workouts. 1 to 4 heavy..5 to 7 medium..8 and up light. Maybe count reps when completed but shuffle day to day. It will turn you into a machine😁. Each to their own. Great stuff!!!
