As a newbie getting back into the gym this has become super helpful in reminding me what weights I use for which exercise and how many sets. My only gripe is the rest timer, it only vibrates for a quick half second and when I'm listening to my music I don't even notice it. So I'm stuck having to hold it in my hand with the screen unlocked just to see when I should be starting my next set. I wish they would allow you to modify the length of the alarm and allow for sound.

This app was just what I'd been looking for. The free version is very very good. Minimal adds, not at all intrusive Lots of predefined workouts to use, and you're able to create and save your own workouts from a vast selection of exercises. Can record sets and reps, weights lifted during workout. Workout history is readily available to review in 3,6,12 month slices. You can pick a favourite exercise and set goals then get a break down of your progression. Install it, you won't be disappointed!

It's a cool app, that allows me to keep a close eye on my progress however there a couple things I'd love to see added to this such as being able to reset progress (in case of error) and being to add exercises that do not exist on the system like Kettlebell Marches. I love having this app open alongside my puregym app on my phone very handy

What's new

This small update includes a lot of bug fixes and improvements including:
- Performance improvements on the feed
- Performance improvements when filtering exercises
- Improved exercise searching
- Tweaks to the muscle heatmap when doing chest
- Improvements to suggested posts in the feed (less repetition, own/follower posts).
- Fixed some issues with swapping from KG/LBs,
- And many other small bugs.
