Truly one of the worst delivery services out there. My parcel was never delivered. It was updated as 'Out for delivery' to later 'Customer wants future delivery' for several days. I did not ask for such change and I was available on all the days. I received no calls asking/informing me of anything. Their Customer support is the worst. They never responded to my numerous emails/queries. It was of no help. I just feel scammed out of my money. If you can help it, just stay away.

worst experience ever they will assign you a delivery who will not call u and when you call them they will not pickup your call. my return from savana is pending since 10-15 days and the agent don't pick up the parcel always get a automated message every other day n they shift pickup for another day. worst delivery partner ever don't recommend doing anything with them. also they don't pick up call from help centre too as it is not valid number
