I have been using XPS Network app for almost 12 weeks. This app is a conflicting experience, but in the end it does work for PT giving me a program. Good about this app are the custom exercise videos, shared by my PTs gym. I can track some progression, to the previous session only, by copying sessions in calendar, thats semi-good. But: no statistics/data export. Worst: the app often gets stuck, doesn't respond, have to restart the app, tiny font hard to read is poor a11y, bad experience.

Hi Casimir and thanks for the feedback. We will investigate why the app gets stuck for you, it shouldn't and we see you have the newest version. Regarding statistics, we have plenty of it, but as we are a trainer controlled app really, your PT has to set it up / give you access to it. We can contact them to show how if needed.

Either I don't get a notification that a message has been received on the app, or it flashes up briefly but then goes and there's no icon in top left of my phone screen to show I've had a notification. Means I miss messages from the team.

Hi Kelly, can you please upgrade to the newest version of the XPS Network app, but you will also need to upgrade the Android OS on your phone to version 10 for that to work. We think this will fix your problem.

Total garbage. have to shut down and reopened the app every time a new message or notification comes through to be able to read it. slow and clunky, feels very first generation.
