Ratings and reviews

The app works to get your tickets but the functionality to add tickets to a phone wallet (as recommended by them) does not work. There is no work around and is very frustrating.

I missed 20 minutes of the show 11/7 2p because the app wouldn't allow me to access my tickets. Had to go to the box office to have them sent to my email. This would have been a great alternative initially and would not have caused me & my guest as much anxiety.

a 3 piece because the app is nice and easy to get to your ticket but it appears that there is no magical skip the line entrance and get in before other people. everyone is ushered to the same lines in the same location and are sent in through the same screening entrance. not exactly sure how the "skip the line" part is supposed to work. any info about that would be great.
