Great service but a bit confusing on some services

I dont know what happened but the app kept telling me I need to update but it's updated. I caint access all of the electronics on my network.

This app is a 1 trick pony, IT states you can > Features: Account Management View Bills Make a Payment Manage Notifications Order Services Upgrade Services Contact Us News < but only can view the bill. Your better off calling in.
