A comprehensive nutrition application that allows you to enter a menu with energy and all macronutrient calculations. A large database of foods and interactive recipes written by nutritional therapists is available to users.

- Option to adjust recipe portions with decimal precision.
- Option to adjust the recipe in grams after cooking (raw ingredients are recalculated).

- AI analysis (artificial intelligence) for food recognition and macronutrient estimation from images, ideal for restaurants.
- Filtering recipes according to energy, macronutrients, preparation time and nutritional guidelines.
- 11 specific diets (gluten-free, frugal, vegan, etc.).
- Record of body weight and circumferences with clear graphs.
- Monitoring of the drinking regime
- Linking the watch through Samsung Health, Garmin Connect and Health Connect to track burned calories and count them in macronutrients.
- Shopping lists with the possibility of adding whole days directly from the menu.
- Nutrition counseling center with the possibility of personal and online consultations.
