What is Meine DAK?
"Meine DAK" is your protected area where you can quickly and easily handle your matters, either via app or on the web. The app is also your personal key for a secure login on the web – you always need it for two-factor authentication. We thus ensure that your health data is well protected.

Who can use the DAK App?
The DAK App can be used by all insured persons aged 15 or over, provided they have a health card and a smartphone with the current operating system (Android 10 or higher). The smartphone must also be protected by a display lock, for example by biometric recognition.

Other technical requirements
- Chrome is set as the default web browser
- No rooted device
- No custom ROMs

Absolutely complicated for no reason. I've registered on the website and it gave me the CHOICE to use the website or app. I've decided to use the website, because i don't need another app on my phone. I had to wait 3 days to get the activation code via the postal service. After successfully activating my account on the website it forced me to download the app due to two factor authentication. Now i need to wait another 3 to 5 days for another activation code. Makes no sense at all.

Usability nightmare, whoever made this doesn't understand UI, UX, security or common sense. If you hate yourself, check this app out! Or hit yourself repeatedly with a brick, both experiences are surprisingly similar in terms of productivity and enjoyment.

They didn't even try to make a decent app, errors everywhere and unnecessary and complicated registration procedure. I just wanted to see messages in my online account and they ask to do 2FA. If you are asking for such things, first make sure that customers can do it properly. When I emailed about the problem, they sent a generic email on how to install the app. Probably gonna find a way to change the provider.

We have updated the bonus program to provide you with a quicker overview and more features for your children.

Your vaccination overview is now divided into "Recommended Vaccinations" (according to STIKO) and "Additional Vaccinations" that you entered yourself.

Additionally, the video consultation now includes more treatment categories and a simplified cancellation process.
