It is recommended to use the app as live wallpaper, as otherwise the Google backup system feature might upload your wallpaper whenever it changes - even when on mobile data!

Gave it 5 stars three years ago and I'm following up now for why - This app is simple, straightforward, and does exactly what you want it to. You just put your pictures in a folder on your phone, create an album in the app, and tie the album to the phone folder. There's a shuffle option, a duration option, and much more. You can even create multiple albums to mix-and-match what pictures appear as wallpapers. Awesome app overall.

I couldn't get location based album changes to work, which is what I wanted it for. I think the time based album change works. I probably will still use this but have to remember to switch albums when I leave home. I'm wondering if it is using too precise of a location like I have to be within 2 feet of whatever coordinates got recorded as the location. But it uses an address, not coordinates. I wish it showed a radius on the map of where it is supposed to do the album change.

This app does exactly what I need, without the unnecessary features that other wallpaper apps have. The albums feature is very convenient, and allows users to quickly configure which albums are currently in use. The only issue I have is the random wallpaper order does not always work, so images do always appear in a random order.
