App does not work when we add the files on homescreen of phone.Files do not open when we set a file as shortcut on home screen.

"Easy"? I couldn't figure out how to use it, and I'm a technical writer. I just wanted to add an icon to my home screen with a better image than the one provided by the developer, but it kept it asking me to create a Quick Access icon. There was no obvious way to choose an image for an icon, either (other than the app's default image, which rather defeats the purpose, doesn't it?).
