Overall this is a decent thermostat. However it has one major flaw, the temperature difference between when the temperature kicks off and then turns back on again to maintain a constant temperature is way too small. It is less than 1°. The heater it runs is constantly kicking off and on. There is a setting for a wider temperature range but it appears to do nothing. There is a remote temperature sensor available, but I'm not sure it would solve any problems.

Better than Google Home/Nest in almost every way. The only 2 issues are: 1. Loses connection to thermostat frequently, so there's lag or it will say it's disconnected until u click to see how to fix it and then click back (without actually doing anything, so it seems to just refresh the connection) 2. Whenever u have a schedule and u manually change the temp, it automatically creates a hold for 2hrs, which can override the next scheduled change. This mechanism was MUCH better on Google app.

Automation and simplicity at its finest. Simple on-device use like heat, cool, and auto between the two. Yet there is so much more you can do. In the app, then the device will let you do on its own. That in itself is a wonderful thing. If you have a person in the house who wants to touch a button and turn the heat on. For those of you who like to set and play with settings and temperatures and times, it allows you to do that also. One of the most simple automation pages I've ever seen.
