The March 2026 update has broken the app. been using for 10 years and now it keeps losing connection with the thermostats. I have to delete app and reinstall for it to work. one of the best connected units I've used. Much simpler and accurate than the Uber expensive "smart" thermostats. The ability to set Temps and get alerts anywhere is priceless. The auto mode works excellent. The new addition in the app settings to run the fan to circulate air in the house is spectacular. Great job.

Overall app is quick to run, and quickly updates thermostat settings even when we were on 250/50 mb internet connection. All the needed controls are there, and setup of both the app and the thermostat are straight forward and quick. They do have an ad that opens on startup that takes 2/3rds of the screen. One can work around it or click to expand settings full screen. So far it hasn't had annoying flashy or animated ads.

the point of getting this thermostat was for the programming and remote function. it worked for a few months and hasn't worked since. I cannot access it from my phone first it was constantly saying it couldn't connect and now it's offline all the time it got to a point that I was pressing buttons but it wasn't actually doing anything now it's just giving up all together. I have removed the app and reinstalled that used to fix it for a while but it stopped fixing it. now I don't have a working ap
