I'm satisfied with this app; it helps me save time. I like seeing faces who have been waiting a long time and seeing how I come forward with my ticket early 😁 . It is an easy-to-use app with a nice interface. It just needs some improvements.

Hello. Your application is not working properly. Each time I want to open it, throws me out of the program. And after several attempts contacting you to solve this problem each time I got ignored and no one seems to care. 😡 yes maybe you think one in a 100k+ download user it doesn't matter but look at your score 3.8 😳 so it shows that your application's users are not satisfied 🙄 and you haven't done anything to improve it.

No result, minor bugs. For banking system totaly useless,although a coyple of years ago was somewhat okayish. Time with earlyone ticket and ordinary one os the same. Tried to use for passport department- there are a lot of bugs, ticket is not created unless it o Is not a working hour. Lets say i want to be there whenever passport department opens, what is the meaning of application if i cannot create a ticket in advance. I just can go there and get my ordinary ticket.
