The app was working terrific and I was enjoying seeing the savings. Now, when I need to access some of this data for tax purposes, I can't even get into the app anymore. When I log in using my National Gridid login, I get an error message that says ("reason": "could not retrieve at metadata from session"). Very disappointing and very bad timing.

The error message you have mentioned was caused by a small bug which lasted a few hours, and a fix has since been deployed. This application doesn't work. After connecting my car and accounts, several minutes later it lost all my information and said I was no longer able to use anything. Spent a other hour reconnecting my Tesla account and registering my car. It the. Refused to pair with my vehicle. And has dropped me from being able to earn energy credits. So despite following all their rules, I am unable to collect the intensives, because it conveniently looses all my information before every payout period.

Have not been able to set this app nor charger up with my national grid account as it says "no billing account is found" when I log in successfully. I only have an electricity billing account with national grid under the same account. I have been in contact with support for over a month, but they have not fixed it yet. Have tried it on multiple devices too and no luck. Edit: Was able to solve my problem by using a new second national grid user account to log in.
