"Unable to complete this process at this time" - first try at using the app to order in advance and this is the response I get. Nul. Edit: app functions better and rides are possible but advertised wait times are not accurate (10min advertised = 25min wait).

Downloaded the app specifically to prearrange a ride to CDG. Booking was easy, and the driver was prompt (in fact he was 15 minutes early). Will definitely use again when I next visit Paris.

the car was great, clean. Driver was very friendly. Did not speak English, but we were able to communicate. also unlike uber in Paris, multiple stops actually worked.
