Overall a good app, but a few confusing things. First, my order is more expensive on the app than in person - a strange choice for a system designed for loyal customers. Second, my first order wasn't even started by the time I arrived in store (10 min after ordering), and people who arrived after me were served first. Finally, my first "free" coffee was charged to my credit card, so... To sum up, this app is fine, but execution is lacking.

With the recent update to the map / store selection and tip selector, this is great and easy to use for minimal contact ordering.

App performs fine. Coffee's good too.
