About Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test App
This application was developed with the aim of making it easier for sports practitioners to perform physical tests using the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test.
In this application there are 2 kinds of Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test, namely Level 1 and 2.
Level 1 is easier than level 2 because level 1 is given to beginner athletes while level 2 is for professional or elite athletes.
Application Features:
1. Equipped with Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test explanations
2. There are 2 levels of Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test
3. Equipped with animated videos and voice explanations in each test
4. Beep sound that corresponds to the actual test
5. Equipped with data entry to calculate the vo2max value and rating of the distance reached
6. Offline data storage stored in the application database
7. Without using an internet connection.
