The application associated with the E-Menza system replaces the physical card for preschool entry and school meal usage.
For the application to function, location services (GPS) and internet access must be enabled on the phone.
After installing the application, log in to the E-Menza web-based parental administration site, click on the child’s name, and in the pop-up window, click the "Authorize Mobile Phone" button to request a code. This code can be scanned using the "New Card" function in the application (QR code) from the screen (in this case, the application must be granted access to the phone's camera), or it can be entered manually.
Any number of children can be assigned to one phone.
The "Authorize Mobile Phone" button will only appear on the E-Menza web interface if your child’s institution has enabled mobile phone usage for the cafeteria.
For preschool usage, daily entry is possible near the preschool. For school usage, it is possible to access the next meal in the school cafeteria within the designated time slot and in the vicinity of the school.
