I used this app a few years ago and it was FREE. No where ( except in the questions by people) does it say it requires a subscription. I downloaded it again and I got an automatic $27.00 renewal notice. If you need to pay for a subscription put that in at the top of the app. Don't just say " in app purchases available". What a deceptive plo to get people to download your app. Plus to go from free to a paid subscription. Very upsetting.

We're sorry to hear that. My Talking Pet switched to subscription model around 3 years ago, this allowed us to continue to be updated with new features. Very easy and intuitive to use. At least with your own photos...i didn't use anything else yet. Edit: I really dont like the Android version. The face of whatever you're using waves around all weird to the point i uninstalled the app on my android device. The Apple version is nice...just subtle animation of the eyes and mouth. I'm at a loss to understand why they differ so markedly.

It's a great app! Works well! I'm giving it 3 stars because we can only save 5 videos, then you have to upgrade to pro. I wish it were like most other apps where we get to use the basic app for free but then pay for bonus features like extra accessories, using filters, more voice options, etc. But to be able to only use it 5 times and that's it? No thanks. Uninstalling.

Hi! Indeed it's a subscription based app but we offer a 3 days free trial for users who might need more time to decide if they want to subscribe or not. Hope you give it a try! Much love, My Talking Pet.
