Used to love this app for YEARS But advertising free forever and then not allowing people whove had it from beginning of it for free and forcing payment isn't right. I'm all for paying an AFFORDABLE fee. But locking me out of literally years worth of info isn't cool and makes your company look bad. There needs to be a solution to this. $5 is a small fee. $50+ is ridiculous. Edited to add I wanted to check back on this app after not having found anything that compared. im still locked out.

Hi Tony, sorry for the trouble. We don’t lock users out of their data, but login issues can happen if you’re signing in with a different email/provider than before or if a reset is needed. Please contact us at support@11pets.com and we’ll help you get back into your account.

Since the "upgrade," the app has been awful. I searched for a long time for an app that would track all my pets special food, medications, and treatments. I loved the app before. It was customizable and exactly what I needed in 1 app. Then they upgraded to this new version. I paid a "lifetime subscription" but only for a newer version that didn't convert all my info over properly and didn't allow as many functions as I had before. I don't recommend.

It used to be great, but changed a few years ago and I moved to another app. This says it can track nutrition info so tried it again but there is no way to do anything close to that. Regarding food tracking, look elsewhere if you want anything more than a timestamp saying fed and a note. Behavior tracking is also limited to 6 generic things (shy, sad, happy, etc) that you cannot edit. They say the update was to help shelters, which is great, but don't advertise stuff the app can't do.
