The ring is still having connectivity issues. Help simply says to read the instructions (there aren't any). I messaged support weeks ago because the ring is not the right size I ordered or if it is, it is not accurately sized. They said they would send another and I never heard back. The battery life is really really good and when it works, the data is great.

Love the ring and love the app. Cool blend of crypto and wellness. Collect health data, mint as NFTs, list them on the marketplace. The DePin project I'm most bullish on for sure 🔥 also enjoy in in app game, raffles and AI coach. Stoked to have purchased a Genesis ring!
