So I've decided to change my rating from 3 stars to 1.. I haven't had service in my home for 10 days and my subscription just expired and I don't intend to renew, my experience with @explorelegend has been terrible.. I've called customer care numerous times with the promise of a resolve but no engineer has been sent over. I had to drag one of the engineers sent to my estate to work to help check what the problem was and apparently my fibre optic cable is damaged and needs to be replaced..

Legend updated the app and introduced "transaction pin" as a requirement for completing transactions and forgot to include how to set up the transaction pin. Now i cannot renew my subscription and their call centre line never gets answered. Oh! the machine answers and drops it seconds later.

Your network is manageable, but you have the worst customer care in the world! It takes you ages/forever to attend to an issue and that might still not be enough for you to fix the issue! I am adding this to my old review ! My internet has been down since friday and I am tired of calling your incompetent customer service operators who can not provide answers/give solution, at this point .. I am done!! Enough of the shege pro max you have been dishing out to your customers!
