had 2:successful calls but today's was stuck on connecting screen for the whole 45 minutes. it's just not good enough. nothing g wrong with my Internet. looking at the reviews I'm not the only one this has happened to . it's very upsetting and if it doesn't work properly then they should create something that is reliable- this isn't. not good enough. we not in some developing country or the middle of nowhere- supposed to be Great Britain- well it's as bad as other countries with poor services

First call failed but my second call was really good. I may of tipped my camera abit low on my chest so it cut out for a second 😅 🙃 & when I showed the dog when I wasn't on the screen it cut off but came back on. Love how I can control his background 😂 Brilliant service, I can't afford £200 for a visit it's so far away so this is really good.

very easy app to use and an amazing way to keep in contact with our family/friends on the inside
