This app used to be very good, now every morning, have to manual login and guess what, unable to login. Called customer service, their answer very easy, just uninstall and reinstall every morning. Wahhh, so easy the answer. I think Rakuten should look into this. You're not a free app, u take commission from us, you should work on improving yourself. Don't make our lives difficult.

this is one of the worst trading app in current history. the UI is from 2000. but that's not the worse, the app can't be login a few times in a month. meaning you better pray hard every morning you can login for trading.

since last week, I have had trouble opening the app..it seems like it's been just loading for a long time. what is happening
