About this app

The app monitors our AI chatbot that allows your clients to book appointments for themselves on your gCal, the same way as your secretary would schedule them for you, without openings (because only she can see your calendar and she knows it). ★ She suggests the days of this week or the appointments of those next or let you go back to think again.
★ If the day is empty, she suggests 3 equidistant appointments (so she satisfies who prefer soon and who arrive later).
★ She does not create openings (indeed she proposes them up immediately after any cancellations) but - chosen the day - books the appointments backwards or forwards to the agenda.
★ She senses when a day becomes FULL and should not be proposed anymore (removes the tag if they cancel).
★ Fallback: if a customer asks for an urgent appointment because there is no availability, he will be asked the reason. You will evaluate the request in real time and you can recall it to add it to the agenda as overbooking.

- Attivata la voce di menu Impostazioni AI (si consiglia di provare l’opzione Solo fuori servizio, meglio in orari specifici così da verificarne la qualità; per prestazioni superiori serve che Gionni ampli la scheda con FAQ mirate).
- Aggiunta la voce di menu "In corso", per mostrare in tempo reale lo stato delle chiamate in uscita. Sarà visibile automaticamente solo dopo il rilascio anche su iOS, così da renderla disponibile a tutti nello stesso momento.
