I just came across this app and started setting it up for my yoga classes. Everything (via the app & web portal) has been so easy & user friendly this far! I appreciate them thinking about user ease. I have a meeting Monday to learn more and figure out a few more things I need. The reason I have it 4 stars for now is that the finance pieces are still manual. Ideally I need refunds to be automatic or for the person to get a credit on their accident at least.

I've moved on from Setmore to Vagaro. You can't offer automatic discounts or membership points with Setmore. Coupon codes and gifts cards are what help businesses grow. With the advancement of Claude and ChatGPT, there's no excuse as to why Setmore hasn't improved or advanced. The updates are so far in between and the updates aren't helpful. I've suggested many helpful updates I'd like to see as features and none have been worked on. Best of luck. We're all out here trying to make it.

Overall a very user-friendly & helpful app and booking platform. I'm grateful for it. I do wish login for customers was a bit easier. I get complaints about that process quite often. Also, allowing clients to select "add-ons" to an already booked service would be excellent! For example; if someone books a 60 minute massage and wants to "add-on" cupping therapy or aromatherapy (additional fee but not additional time), there is no way to do this. These types of features would enhance the site.
