About this app

Transcriber for WhatsApp transcribes your voice messages into text and also allows you to listen to them incognito (without activating the blue check).

The goal is to improve communication during various phases of the day when it is not allowed to listen to voice messages, such as when you are in a crowded place, or in a place where you have to be silent, or simply in secret. .

Special attention has also been paid to people with hearing problems, trying to offer them greater autonomy in communication when perhaps one of their contacts carelessly sends them voice messages.

The app has been designed using the latest Material Design guidelines and is designed to take up as little space on your phone as possible.

In short, there is no reason not to keep Transcriber for WhatsApp installed, sooner or later it will come in handy!

three minute voicemail shared to the app and it never moved past the connection in progress message. we used to build aps that gave the user an indication of fail, time left and time to kill. I uninstalled it and found another app.

What I can say is that there's a progress inside the app, and the audio is processed continuously (and you can see the results as the app process the audio). Probably a bug, or something went wrong with your device. What you wanted to write was not a feedback tho, but hey, thanks for your time.

For an aging professional this helps where my hearing lacks, however, to some degree some transcriptions are better than others, depending on the person and the time of day. Not every word is picked up, even with good English spoken. This is very useful until something better enters the market.

Thanks sir, you're definitely right. Transcriptions are not perfect, but my aim is to start something good for society. Probably I'm failing, but I guess to inspire someone more talented 😁. In the meantime I continue to work on it.

Can't translate messages correctly, good idea though and can evolve to be a great app
