By now managing the subscriptions to beta programs of your apps is simple with Google Play.
But what if you want to participate in a limited number beta program (for example WhatsApp or LinkedIn)?

Beta Maniac allows you to periodically scan the beta programs of the apps you have installed, and sends you a notification when a limited number beta program becomes available again, and you can subscribe to the beta program simply by clicking on the notification.

You can also manage your subscriptions to beta programs directly from the app, filter the lists according to your tastes and enjoy an attractive and up-to-date design.

App is pretty straightforward and does exactly what it claims so far. The AWESOME part is that after watching an ad, it actually SUCCESSFULLY enrolled me (intentionally) into multiple beta programs that were currently "available", but marked as full and not joinable through the usual methods in Play Store. No errors, no loops, just worked. solid so far. Definitely curious to see how it holds up. Will update review if I "suddenly" get locked out of my Google amount in the near future.

As of my most recent usage of this app (which has worked flawlessly for me so far) my list of apps is entirely blank for all filter options and I'm not sure what has caused it. I'm fairly certain I've used it successfully between now and the March 2nd patch, so I don't think it's anything client-side. Edit: Clear App Data from the storage section of the app info for the app and logging back into my Google account fixed it. Play Store had updated and desynced from my device I think.

The sync feature is not working in version 0.11.0. When I press Sync, “Sync in progress” appears for a few seconds and then disappears without showing any error. I checked the Android Logcat and found that the `BetaScanWorker` fails with an `IllegalStateException`: “Expedited WorkRequests require a Worker to provide an implementation for getForegroundInfo().” It seems that the scan worker is being scheduled as expedited work without providing the required `getForegroundInfo()` implementation
