Ratings and reviews

I've watched so many ads for points but as soon as the ad finished, the app would restart. It's happened so many times and it's incredibly frustrating, especially if I watch an ad that won't count to the points and it won't play another ad after. Point accumulation is so slow and the algorithm for the scratch and win thing basically means you'll never win higher prizes. I'm frustrated.

There is something wrong with the ads. They don't finish playing, they start with a play button paused and when you click it and the video shows it just pops up the play button at the end without an x. Also not every ad is like this, and the app does reward gift cards but lately a lot of ads have been like this.

Rarely ever functions as advertised. You'll never get more than the lowest 250 points for any survey regardless of what it says because the "surveys are (already) complete" every time you click to do one. Hence, you get the bare minimum "for your effort". App always says "couldn't speed up" or "video ads not available" with no explanation, and the "Help" (if you can call it that) is utterly useless and no suggestions are effective to "fix" anything. No wonder the low rating. Deleting.
