Poor Customer service They advertise that the application earns free bucks, but after you try to redeem, they replied that the gift card will be received in less than 48 hours, nothing. I wrote to the customer service and they said they would look into the issue and resolve it in 48 hours, after that it seems that the company is closed and the meter is running for nothing by just eating up the battery
Extremely helpful staff! Update: I've been with these guys since they launched... and have never been disappointed. I, again, reset my spouse and my phone. Lost everything, but contacted support and they still respondes and help! They are very customer service oriented... If you root your phone or Uninstall the app and no longer qualify because someone took your spot, they still let you redeem your points that you've saved. If you changed number or your pts aren't the same when you first signed up, contact them & they will fix 4 u.
Okay.... but pretty good I have it but i see my brother has 20 points per day and i have 10. I know people uninstall that get 20 so it really just depends if your lucky or not... But its still great. Maybe they should have a service that bumps you up points if people uninstall. overall pretty good
Very Disappointed. Apparently my phone doesn't qualify or there currently isn't available space for my phone. There is already a sufficient number of participants in the St Louis region, so I'm screwed. Apparently there isn't a way to learn when empty space will again be available either. I was really looking forward from time to time picking up book or DVD from Amazon. I order from Domino's at least 2 or 3 times per month. Last night, I spent $48 on their stuff. I'm not rich. Just like to treat my friends & myself. 2BAD!!!
Very nice but.... I go to this app everyday, and sometimes it will not give me my points for that day as indicated in the History page.. I did get my points , for 06/08/16 which appeared after 6 pm. It is still passing over some days with no points as indicated in the History page.
Helpdesk please read Hi I've had this app on my phone for years and just recently switched phones. I tried to install on this phone but it said that I can't because slots are full. I haven't deleted the app on my old phone. Would doing so allow me to install and run the app on my new phone?
