I like the app, however I wish they gave more information for example, you can only redeem 5000 points ($50) a month. And you can only make a transaction twice a day. I would not have known this if not for people's comments. I get 10 points a day I wish I could get 20 or 30 like others, but I'm glad I don't get 5 a day, cause then I wouldn't think this app was worth keeping at all 50 point survey a month or not. I'll rate the app more stars after I redeem my points and get something, and on the bright side it seems like there is a quick responding customer service.
Raymond I just read your review and that is great that EMBEE restore your points after the incident with your phone and then gave you BACK 3/4 of your daily points that was missing. As for me I sent them an email explaining mysituation about my Point had not been credited to my phone and i had been with them for years aswell. EMBEE did correct my daily point allowwance from 5 to 20 points daily, but I was told Unfortunately they can't credit me the past points that I should have gotten per the email dated March 26th. So EMBEE restored your pass points as well as credit 3/4 of your daily points. That's not fair but I just wanted to put that out there. EMBEE, TREAT ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS THE SAME!!!!
This app is great. I have lost emails containing my gift card information and they sent me back the information needed to get the matter settled. Not to mention I broke the screen on my galaxy 3, requiring me to buy a new phone. When I put the app on my galaxy 4, my points were gone as well as 3/4 of my daily points were reduced. As with my lost information, they were more than helpful in this matter and fixed all issues. I highly recommend this app to all. Thanks Embee, you are an awesome bunch! Update Two phones later and the same excellent service. I have been with Embee for years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend to everyone. You rock Embee!
My friend recommended this app to me. I tried to sign up, but it won't let me. It says my device isn't eligible to participate in the program or my area carrier is already full... I have the same phone as my friend and this app works fine for him. I've kept trying every so often for the last few months. It still hasn't worked. 🙁
Wonderful customer service!! They are quick to answer and great at what they do. I have called upon customer service a few times. I bought the Galaxy Note 7. What an ordeal!! 3 phones later and customer service fixed my app on each phone to make sure I didn't lose any points and that I was earning at the same daily rate. They were awesome and very patient with me having to fix my app every couple of weeks on new phones. I am so pleased to have this app what's not to like? You earn free gift cards for doing nothing! There is a good selection of stores that you can select to use your gift cards. The gift cards arrive quickly to your email and whala you're off shopping. Thank you developers for developing such a wonderful app!
You need to add into the description what exactly this app is doing on our phones. I feel spied on. It does give you valid gift cards. So now I have a way to pay for my MTG booster packs at Gamestop! Thanks! But I keep getting interrupted by pop-up survey offers but when I click the "Next" button to begin the survey it just takes me to the app and no survey. Has happened three times now. What gives? (And I accidentally deleted my last feedback without reading the response I received from the devs. Sorry yal. I had asked what does this app do? What's its purpose?)
