Ratings and reviews

App stops working. Have to pair it again frequently to get it to connect to Bluetooth. Yesterday, it stopped storing any data. When I tried to enter it manually, it says it was entered successfully, but doesn't show up. I purchased the ExactFit 2 over the other brands in the store because it appeared that it would offer more... Unfortunately, too much time has passed since the beginning of October to bring it back for a refund.

Have been using this for over a year without issue, it was great, but since they updated the app it no longer connects to my device, I can't even pair it again. Not happy. Update; it's now well over six months later and the app still refuses to pair with the ExactFit 5. It's clear many others have the same issue so these BP monitors are no longer fit for use legally, they're sold as syncing to the app. Just make the old app available, that worked!!

Moving data/measurements from previous phone to a new one is still impossible (2 years after a previous review from other user (see below?) and it was promised to be implemented...) Otherwise "ok but not great" app... Notes: * Syncs fairly well if app is open when device is on, but otherwise not. so start app before taking a blood pressure measurement... * Could be good if app could sync with other health services (I assume google fit etc could store bpm data(?), but do I want it to...)
