One of the worst user experience I ever had on the app, do some user acceptance and performance testing before releasing applications. Shops are automatically picked by your address and I couldn't figure out how to select a specifc shop I need. When entering address if your location is turned on it will autofill whatever location you're at, overriding whatever you were typing. Feels like student level/vibe coding development work went into this app.

In shops like IKI there are constantly listed items which the shop DOES NOT HAVE. So I have to end up going to a different shop anyway. Waste of time

Free first time delivery was gone as soon as quarantine began. Also, the app does not save my time at all. I would still have to go to the store after the order, since the range of products is smaller than in a shop. Take an example of 'Barbora', where you can find everything that is in the biggest stores. While with Last Mile you aren't able to buy things that you usually buy in a physical store that you chose in app.

Jei kitą kartą apisperkant turėsite nesklandumų, programėlėje spauskite „pradėti pokalbį” langelį, aprašykite esamą situaciją ir ji bus išspręsta akimirksniu!
