Generally, the app is really good and I really like using it a lot, but for a few days now, it's been bugging out. Whenever I try to send money, it crushes and automatically stops, when about to input the receiver's number. Not only that. I can't but airtime with the app anymore. I'd like to know if it's a bug or there's something I need to do. Thank you

The new UI is nice tho but the app hasn't got the yellow save which makes it suck. I prefer the old one. Also they didn't give me the 500 mb they promised 😩🫢🄲. . . . Edit: Alright almost a year later, kudos to you MTN you've really shown me that you listen to the complaints of your customers you've really improved on the app's UI and fluidity in general and the most important thing to me the savings are back⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

this so called updated process is so frustrating, you can't switch to a new device, if you change a device and when you call the line too it is a whole headache of long waiting, if not lucky it will take you days to have it done. they annoying part is, after the long wait, you will be told to uninstall and reinstall, meanwhile you have already done it and it didn't work, but when the say it and you do it, it starts to work. MTN YOU NEED TO RETHINK THIS AND COME AGAIN. THE PROBLEM STILL PERSIST.
