The app works but rates could be better. I work tirelessly for my money, you charge me for using your app to receive money and you still change the dollars at very low rates, claiming that you're not charging transfer fees. If this isn't cheating then I don't know what is!

I think this is a scam, I've had money wired to the dollar account and even though it has been completed Cleva has refused to update the money rather they had my account paused and the most annoying aspect is the fact that they have a very poor customer service that takes forever to respond. Please y'all should avoid Cleva for now it's just crazy that transaction since the 12th has not yet been processed as we speak. They are so terrible

How can my account limit be $5k USD, but I just sent $599 and it's under restriction? Something that has never happened before, even when I receive bigger amounts with that same account. This is pure wickedness! Because, this has never happened before, even when I receive bigger money with my Cleva.
