Cleva is amazing, to be honest. I have used it to receive payments for a long time now. I have just 3 problems; 1. constant updates 2. takes too long to process ACH transactions (some other service provider does this much faster and better) 3. constand deactivation of virtual dollar cards. and then you have to pay the $2 card creation fee all over again. 🙄 I've had to purchase up to 20 new cards since I started using cleva other than this. they're great.

All the hype for the app is alla wash, I've been trying to complete my kyc fo a long time but i was been denied saying that i should contact the support team which i did, and it turned out to be the most arrogant customer support of the century. the answer that i used to get all time is (i quote) we are sorry because we cannot open an account for you. well it turned out to be that it's not only cleva app on the app store, we will go and look for another app.

Cleva went from the best to greedy thieves. I created a virtual card last year and using it without issue or expired. All of a sudden it disappeared and they want me to pay $3 again for a new one. No resolution from support for a month now. I've now moved on to Raenest today. Free ach deposit monthly. Better rates. Better services. I wish I found this out earlier. I recommend Raenest.
