HLB Connect App is designed to make your day-to-day banking easy with its features that enable you to get more done without having to step foot in a bank’s branch or to call the Contact Center. The app offers language options (English, BM & Chinese) and Day/Night mode for your customisation.

After the latest update, the KEY features that everyone ULTIMATELY need is not there anymore. You cant use fingerprint login to browse through your acc and do simple transactions. now you need to login to see how much money you have or how much is your credit card limit. You HLB Connect are getting from "Barely OK" to "Definitely BAD"

Some how this current ver 2.0.0 user interface is uglier than previous version, it is like from 2024 back to 2010. Then the app's response is also noticely slower than previous version. Not too sure why change to this new architecture when previous version is among the best mobile banking app in Malaysia.

Worst experience. No one can help despite calling KL twice for assistance. Just could not get the apps authorization for transfer and it's so complicated.Worst and frustrating experience.
