every two days my login info gets cancelled. I tried reinstall and all that but nothing works. when I try to relogin after typing in the number no otp is being send. it gets stuck in that page. my wifi connection is good and I also have balance on that number so why isn't otp being send. I can't login and I can't check my balance and offers. FIX IT ASAP

It is the worst app among all apps.We can't enter into the app without data or wifi connection.It's really suffering for us if we want to check our balance or buy data pack when we have no internet connection or wifi . Also the offer amount is more than any other sim

Pack prices are set based on market conditions and updated over time. If eligible, you can view and buy lower-priced packs from the My Offer and Special Offer pages in the app. Stay with my Robi.

Excellent App for Affordable Data Packs. I’ve been using the My Robi App for a while now, and I’m really impressed with how convenient and user friendly it is. One of the best things about it is the wide range of affordable data packs available. Whether you need a small pack for a short time or a big one for heavy usage, there’s always a good deal to choose from.
