Logs me out constantly, blocks my account every 2-3 log in attempts!!! which I then need to reactivate. I havent been able to use the app in months because I just cant log in most of the time.

I never write reviews, but I feel so annoyed with this app I just have to. This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. 1: Everytime I open it, it requires me to log in again, which can be super annoying when you are at the entrance of the theather without internet having to scan your QR code. 2: When logging in, it directly blocks my account after just one wrong password entrance. 3: Club Pathe app used for earning points to buy snacks even works better than this main app, just merge them!!

I can't log in with my google account. The app does not meet the security requirements. But apparently an account has been created. Now I can't login with that account in the app or create a new one. Fortunately I have another email address. Bought tickets. I receive a notification after payment that it was no longer valid. Fortunately, I received the tickets via email and after a while the tickets are also in the app. I see room for improvement.
