Ratings and reviews

I like the Pathé platform, but only the web version. This app is very buggy, crashes or keeps loading indefinitely. When searching for cinemas at a given location, the map icons are unclickable. Easier to search for movies than searching for cinemas. At times it's difficult to find the membership QR code to avail purchase discounts. So, I keep reverting to the webpages. For some updates the performance is stable.

Reservations and buying tickets work fine. Annoying intermittent "no network" pop-ups - please bump up the internal timeouts.

Simple and easy to use. Clear film descriptions. Easy process to follow, and robust functioning.

Découvrez une toute nouvelle fonctionnalité : le tri par heure de début de séance dans l'onglet "Cinémas" de votre application. Pour utiliser la fonctionnalité, allez dans les filtres, sélectionnez "Heure de début" et affichez tous les films dans l'ordre chronologique pour les cinémas que vous avez sélectionnés.
