Terrible app! Sometimes when filling out some forms, ur keypad starts to malfunction. After submitting an upgrade to tier 3, it is not seen on the portal that the upgrade is under processing, you then have to start the request all over again and still no prompt to alert you of the initial request made. The developers need to improve on these areas.

the app is alright , nice interface . but I have just one problem and that is to log in or to sign in to my account when I want to make transfers . Lately when I want to sign in to my account on a normz I am sent an OTP to login or sign in but now it keeps showing this message saying sorry we couldn't sent OTP 😠🤬 and it is really frustrating . I have spent over 5 to 10 mins trying to sign in . please fix this . so I give a 1 star review

Please for all those looking for a bank app avoid momo PSB They are just so bad, slow, unreliable. Run from this app, I wish I could give a 0 rating, I needed to do an urgent transaction this morning and guess what? I couldn't log in, they refused to send OTP to my SIM and I just got stranded. This isn't the first, second or 3rd time This is my first time reviewing on an app. Run from this app it isn't a bank app it's just a frustrating equipment
