This app is very slow and even when we write, we cannot see what surname is written and even after KYC is improved, the wrong surname is written. That is why technology is still not well developed in Nepal. The general public It is difficult for people like us to know how to fill out this app. That is why the government makes it easy for the country and the people.

I'm still using the application.. but can't upload any KYC documents and information form mobile phone..and please make sure change the system and give more valuable service to public.

ssf, what kind of app did you guys made ? we can't get submissions number from app to pay money ? I want to pay money but can't get anything from your app. what is benefits of your app ??
