I had the most disappointing experience with Khalti. Their customer care is completely unsupportive. Whenever you call, they hardly answer, and many times they even cut the call abruptly. Calling repeatedly is not only frustrating but also costly. The support staff never give a positive solution or guidance, making the whole process stressful. This is extremely disappointing for an app that claims to be a trusted digital wallet. Based on my experience, I will never use Khalti again

Khalti Wallet, Disappointed with the rigid account policy. I recently deleted my account, but unlike eSewa or other wallets, Khalti permanently bans the mobile number from ever registering again. This is extremely user-unfriendly. People should have the right to return to the platform if they choose. Please update your system to allow re-registration with the same number after a cooling-off period!

Khalti promises instant credit card bill payments with VISA/Mastercard logos everywhere, but fails completely for my Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Japan credit card while I'm in Nepal. App shows no option only local Nepali banks work, leaving me unable to pay and facing late fees. They charge 5% to load wallet with same card, but can't use it for my bill. Misleading ads create false hope for international users. Add SMBC support or fix ads to say "Nepali cards only" or we all feel scamed!
