The instructions for verification is not clear and the customer service is the worst. I have called this office more than 10 times just to get my account verified but still they don't verify it. And when something doesn't match the verification process, they don't reject the verification and keep it in pending for 3-4 day's, if you don't call them. Overall, it's bad and if isn't necessary don't open it.

The worst wallet in Nepal where after loading money I found out that my wallet was blocked because I was logged in on multiple devices. Then I sent hundreds of emails to the dispute team and called customer service to open it, but no response, sometimes it says something, sometimes it says something else. This is a very bad app that does not respond to customers. I suggest anyone not to use this app. Worst wallet ever. Now I'll use Esewa for better service.😡😡😡

Very disappointing experience with Khalti. I transferred money from my wallet to my bank account, but the transaction has been stuck on “Pending” for a long time. The money is neither in my bank nor back in my wallet. Customer support is extremely poor. I called multiple times, but nobody answered or helped solve the issue.
