All i wanted was to make a voting for VOICE OF KIDS . Kyc verification is a lot of hassle, i tried multiple times with decent quality readable images but couldn't get verified. i tried it at least 5 times for my mother's account and currently mine is pending. Either fix it ( do not compress the upload images ) or just make the whole process easy .

Unable to complete KYC. Why is this app for if it can't identify a real person of identity?? How can it say/need same photograph of same person of different ages?? How it can pessiable? Every time I submitted it reply not match not match! Why there is no any other options to show KYC? Like from video fingerprint etc?? So how can this apps can identify real person if it rejected real person of identity??
