Worst customers service. here we can't directly contact or call for any problems. we have to email and they don't give reply. I have waited 1 month just to found the reason of my problem and then when I found the reason then I corrected it 15 days ago but I am still waiting to reoperate my account. I don't know how much more time will they take. I have been constantly sending them 2 emails and calling 2 times, per day but still not getting better. they don't reply.(khalti=worst App ever).

I don't know whose brilliant idea it was and i don't care but can you guys please hide the remaining amount when i make the payment? most of us share the screenshot and we don't feel comfortable sharing it with others. at least have an eye icon to hide it. update: the app takes forever to come out of "syncing...". its slow to use. on top of that, the money load is also slower compared to eSewa.

very disappointed,when I tried to send someone money from my account then it was showing some error and the money was back refunded to me! really bad experience using it. I mean now it's working properly but when I was in hilly area it was showing some useless errors still khalti needs to improve.!!!(I have already updated my kyc)
