I am extremely disappointed with this khalti app. It is supposed to make money transfers and ticket booking easier, but it has only caused problems. The app keeps crashing, loads very slowly, and most of the features do not work at all. Every time it shows an error message. Ticket booking also fails in the middle of the process, which is very frustrating. Customer support is almost useless., they do not respond on time and provide no real solution. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

Absolutely terrible experience. I consistently get an 'Unexpected Error' every single time I try to make a payment, rendering the app completely useless. It is incredibly frustrating to rely on a digital wallet that crashes exactly when you need to use it. A payment app needs to be stable, and this is far from it. Fix this critical bug immediately.

Worst app for foreigners in Nepal. It will charge 5% on foreign card transactions, then contrary to the documentation will deposit the amount in your bonus balance instead of the main one. From that you cannot pay for a taxi or to most small shops. And finally there is no way to get your money back...
