Ratings and reviews

The app is absolutely unusable. It doesn't work without an account, the account login doesn't let you use auto-fill services (so no password manager for you). And to add insult to injury, it logs you out after some time (24h?) and forces you to go through the whole process again. All that to check the parcel tracking status.

So useless. Parcels don't show, constantly logs you out. When the parcels DO show they don't even complete, even though they've been delivered. I have some showing that a tracking number has been allocated...that were delivered in July! Absolutely rubbish, especially considering how much money they charge to send anything 🙄

this app doesnt work for me. imissed a parcel .tried get redirect on nz post app impossible. no updates about tracking I rang nz post they helped me to redirect parcel .I picked up few days later from supermarket.collect point .I got notifications for few seconds on my phone about updates but disappeared from my phone. now got parcel on app is not updated still.says missed parcel refer to card. nz post app is useless
