Ratings and reviews

Tried using LiveChat functionality but UI isn't properly mapped, it goes through the home/back buttons of Android every time I select the "Send a message" chat box. I didn't have this issue before, but the current version has this issue, and it's annoying as I can't reply to the LiveChat support team for my issue with a product.

Navigation no longer works. Back arrow doesn't work. They emptied out my cart. Never happened before in all the many years. Moving in and out of cart almost crashed my tablet. Some items now showing wrong picture. Items showing in wishlist often change randomly. They've ruined what used to be a great app.

I know the app is useful but there is no colour selection options for some products with many colours choices and even mentioned that they will random the colour for you. I want a specific colour and visiting several stores to find in person is too much, and online shopping prompts you no freedom. This is ridiculous.
