When receiving text messages about refills, the link expires way too soon. Also if you do not want to refill at the current time the app appears to require a specific date within a couple of weeks to refill it. It may be that someone doesn't want to refill it at all at this time but keep it active as it should for at least a year. Tried to log into it today, a Sunday, and it is blank. No login possibility at this time so it must be down again.

To refill my prescription I was required to enter payment info. That makes sense. However, even though I was logged into the app, it requested my name and date of birth to look up my account. The only way to enter my birth date was to use a calendar widget (no text entry allowed). The date defaulted to today and since I am 63 years old I had to press the "prev month" button 756 times to get the correct date. That's poor Ux design.

Anytime you have a new app, there are going to be issues especially if it was not tested thoroughly before it is released for public consumption. Completely understandable...however, maybe you folks could enlist the help of a STEMS student in a local high school to make this a much better app. Good luck on your search.
