Ratings and reviews

This app does not work properly. You have to call the hospital often for an invite. Doctors phone Numbers cannot be accessed Easily. If you get a number it's directly to Jackson hospital. When they answer 20 questions before I get thru. This definitely is not friendly much less for elderly people.

App is a bit confusing at times, but overall is ok to see and receive more of the detailed info than pop-up notifications.

Cannot complete registration to get the medical records. App just hangs on last page after you verify your identity and agree to terms.
