Ratings and reviews

Buggy and slow, at least thats been my typical experience with it. Used to predict my next injection accurately (which isn't all that hard since they are always exactly 90 days apart) but now is wildly off and seems to take forever to even open. I don't know if it is worth it to post reviews because all that happens is you'll receive an auto generated message asking to contact them by email, it doesn't appear they will ever fix the same issues people keep on posting again and again.

This app used to be very helpful, I recently adjusted the notifications because I was getting annoyed that every time I cleared a notification it popped right back up. I don't need to be reminded of the same thing 30 times a day, but even after adjusting the notifications settings it still reminds me even though I already know when my shot is. so I'm taking the app off my phone. it's driving me nuts with the notifications

This app is terrible, and even worse than their website, which I didn't think was possible. When the website wouldn't take my rebate info (click on submit at the end and nothing happens), chat suggested I try the app instead. Well, I did, and can't even get past entering the email address in the app. Been trying the website for a month with different browsers at different locations and it never works. And I have a huge CC bill coming up!
