Terrible app, terrible design. won't let me switch between patients, I even tried making the other members as primary default still no change, a minor's contact number will be of his parents but after that, it always chooses the parents profile, won't let me choose the minors profile and let me book tests for it, pathetic design.

Don't book on app, your orders may be recorded for wrong tests. The customer care is absolutely useless. Lack of training and missing professionalism. Lal path needs miles to go for online business. Even the collection centre works like Govt. office. No courtesy, no PR.

Very poor service na experience. The technician delayed by an hr to visit home and arrogantly pointed out mistakes about not scheduling appointment correctly, instead we had called and booked our slots and not on application. lastly he said cancel your appointment if you want I have too many visits to handle. If Lal path labs are going to burden their staff like this the customer will have to face it's consequences. High time after building a brand live up to it and make it efficient first. 😡
