started smoking at 11, many failed attempts to quit, with many different methods. This app takes it's time to help your subconscious see the truth about smoking and addiction. The program is solid. The coaches have a great understanding of the science and facts, and they themselves used to smoke. My coach, Nicole, helped me dispel my greatest smoking deceptions. I have now completed the program, and the feeling is totally different from past attempts. This time I'm truly happy to be a non smoker

This is the best app to quit any kind of nicotine (smoking, vaping, dipping)! If you follow all of the instructions, it really, really works! It changed my whole mindset about smoking, and my coach, Mike, was very responsive and great to work with. I cannot recommend this app enough to anyone who wants to quit.

only 75% through the program but I can see positive effects. For me, mindful smoking is the most difficult. I've learned I never just smoke a cigarette while doing NOTHING else. Smoking is an unconscious and conjunct activity for me. Distraction when an urge hits...amazing but that does work. and doesn't allow the craving...that 'im gonna lose it if I don't have a smoke ' feeling. 👍🏼
