Ratings and reviews

Not good. They do not transfer money to bank account . Its been a week now. They do not have customer care number. They do not solve issues and just give you a ticket number to stay confused . You will have no option to get in touch with payu. Also they have cancelled one of my deposits , I don't know how and why. Was using it for first time but i am having a bitter experience till now. I have raised query several time but none of the executive person called or mailed me.

Worst experience!!! and I didn't even opt for it! I came across PayUmoney through a payment gateway on some website...I made a payment which was successfully debited from my account but apparently they "failed" to deposit it in merchants account... So they called and messaged me again and again and insisted for payment through other app again, saying that the first amount will be refunded in my account...It has been 24 days since I am trying to call PayUmoney customer care but no success!!!

It's been more than 10 days since I logged complaint. No one even tried to resolve. Why so much time needed to resolve this? Better to choose other payment gateway service. At least they have dedicated customer service team to connect with. -- Client is Not able to make payment using any of the link shared. Everytime app shows error of Page couldn't find. Not happy with such service. Resolve it quickly and connect with me. Not sure why you have hide your customer care no? MId- 8636223
