UPDATED at the bottom: what happened? I changed to a new phone and now the app keeps crashing, I cannot open the app any,I thought maybe I just needed to update but when I checked the playstore there are no updates available, I tried to tap "OPEN" on the app but nothing happens. UPDATE: I reinstalled the app and its working now.However, I'm just going to give it 3 stars(for now) because it still takes awhile for the app to load any page on its screen.

It's really nice app I can tell but the downside is it took too long to load everytime you click on the app like if you make a transcation then it loads for a while and even longer and also like if you go to home page then it loads for a a while again. so so far that's the only issue I can see using this app. but I hope you commit to improve your app daily to keep the consumers's loyalty.

was trying to log in to complete the registration, but no OTP is coming no matter how many times I tried replying YES to the instructions. so hassle and it sucks!
